NEW! The Largest plastic pallet container Made in Poland
The family of BPLAST insulated containers has expanded with a new model. This is the largest and newest "child" produced at the Słupsk facility. It is a three-layer insulated container with a capacity of 1000 liters, made with insulation in the form of polyurethane foam (PUR). The 1000L model was specially designed for transporting heavy food products, ensuring protection against harmful external conditions such as impacts and temperature fluctuations. What makes this model stand out? It is the largest plastic pallet container produced in Poland and this part of the world!
The production line has been prepared to produce hygienic pallet containers with both polyurethane (PUR) and polyethylene (PE) foam insulation. These containers are ideal for situations where a smooth, hygienic, seamless construction is required to prevent the accumulation of bacteria and microorganisms. Additionally, PUR insulation provides thermal properties, ensuring temperature control for fresh and frozen products. The PE models feature a fully polyethylene construction where the outer walls and core create a monolith. This type of construction is always marked with the PE designation, guaranteeing an exceptionally strong structure resistant to impacts and designed to work in harsh conditions. PE containers are hygienic because they do not have areas where dirt or bacteria could accumulate, which is particularly appreciated in the food processing industry. Moreover, due to their design, these containers are easy to repair and recyclable.
The BPLAST Type 1000 insulated container is a multifunctional, easy-to-handle, three-layer plastic pallet with a hygienic design. Its primary application is in meat and fish processing plants. The Type 1000 plastic pallets are compatible with all models from European manufacturers. The containers are also equipped with strong, reliable handles for lifting with hooks, for example, during cargo handling at ports during the transfer from ship to land. They also feature easy access for pallet trucks and lift trucks, making it simple to handle them even in narrow spaces. The 1000L pallet container model is most commonly used as a fish container, although it can be used for many other purposes, including meat, animal feed production, and handling Category 3 food waste, etc.
The official premiere of the new 1000L hygienic pallet container will take place at the Food Tech Expo in Nadarzyn (Ptak Expo) from November 26-28, 2024.
