NEW! The Largest plastic pallet container Made in Poland

The family of BPLAST insulated containers has expanded with a new model. This is the largest and newest "child" produced at the Słupsk facility. It is a three-layer insulated container with a capacity of 1000 liters, made with insulation in the form of polyurethane foam (PUR). The 1000L model was specially designed for transporting heavy food products, ensuring protection against harmful external conditions such as impacts and temperature fluctuations. What makes this model stand out? It is the largest plastic pallet container produced in Poland and this part of the world!

We did it! FachPack 2024

After a break of several years, BPLAST returned to the largest German packaging fair FachPack in Nurinberg. This event is of great importance for the entire packaging industry, and this year's anniversary edition attracted many interested people not only from Germany, but from all over Europe. The event was attended by company representatives from Poland, Germany and France.

About hygienic containers in Alaska

Alaska is the largest state in America, accounting for over half of commercial fishing in the United States, and local fishing is still a very strong branch of the state's economy, second only to gas and oil extraction. All this positions Alaska as one of the most important suppliers and processors of fish in the world. You can find many fish processing plants here that have been using insulated swimming pools in their production for years, mainly from American producers.

Premiere at the fair in Tokyo

Sea Japan is the largest maritime fair in Japan bringing together offshore and industrial fishing suppliers. The BPLAST team participated for the first time, where they presented the offer of BPLAST insulated containers at a joint stand. The event was a great opportunity to meet partners from the Asian part of the Pacific, where insulated containers have the potential to replace single-wall pallets and constitute the most important element of the fresh fish supply chain in all fish processing plants.

A great Logistics festival at LogiMAT in Stuttgart

This year's edition of LogiMAT in Stuttgart has come to an end. This is the next edition of this prestigious event in which BPLAST, represented by the German branch of FACH-PAK Germany GmbH, took part. As every year, it was a three-day marathon of innovation, presentation of new products and solutions, but also business meetings - in short, the most important international event in the field of intralogistics. LogiMAT not only sets the standard for the industry, but also provides an invaluable platform for reviewing the dynamic logistics market. The fair brings together leading players from the packaging sector and provides inspiring opportunities to exchange knowledge, best practices and experiences. During the fair, as every year, we presented insulated containers, plastic pallets and box pallets, but also roll containers and plastic containers.

BPLAST on APPEX in Australia

BPLAST representatives participated in this year's edition of the Australian food packaging and processing technology fair APPEX 2024 at the Convention & Exhibition Center in Melbourne. The BPLAST sales team met with current and future partners from the Antipodes. During the fair, the main topics discussed were new products from the BPLAST offer, i.e. new models of hygienic insulated containers, box pallets, plastic pallets and other products particularly sought after in Australia and Oceania.

Plastic container instead of Styrofoam

To meet current trends resulting from the constantly growing pro-ecological awareness, at the beginning of the year the BPLAST offer is expanded with a new model of insulated container. 20 liter container and based on a standard 600x400mm transport and storage box. The containers and the lid inside are insulated with polyurethane foam, which effectively helps maintain the temperature and isolate the product from external conditions. Smooth walls make it easier to maintain hygiene throughout the supply chain.

The event will take place in beautiful Seattle, WA, during the Pacific Marine Expo, which is the premier marine and fishing trade show on the West Coast of the United States.
